MANAGEMENT RECRUITERS of BRIDGEWATER TAKES TOP NATIONAL
HONORS AT
MANAGEMENT RECRUITERS INTERNATIONAL, INC.'S
NATIONAL CONVENTION
BRIDGEWATER, NEW JERSEY - The members of the Management Recruiters of Bridgewater office had much to celebrate at the Management Recruiters International, Inc. national convention held in April. Led by Owner, Barry Smith, the team's efforts earned their office the title of "NATIONAL OFFICE OF THE YEAR" by office size for the first time in the firm's eighteen (18) year history. MRI of Bridgewater also collected an award for being the number 4 office in overall production out of Management Recruiters International 1,100 office system. Further, the office received the classification of "President's Award Winner" for the ninth (9th) year in a row. Finally, and perhaps the award that meant the most to the staff at MRI Bridgewater, was winning the "BEST OF CLASS" award. This prestigious award is given to the office that demonstrates the highest level of customer satisfaction based on surveys returned from client companies, post-placement.
Barry Smith stated: "It takes a common goal and a truly unique blend of personalities to reach this level of success. Everyone working at MRI of Bridgewater today takes pride in the office's success because we all worked hard to reach this point together. It has been an honor and a pleasure to work with such phenomenal people and once again we are focused on reaching our common goals in 2004. We all look forward to continuing to provide the high level of service to which our clients have grown accustomed."
Several team members earned top individual honors at the convention. The Pacesetter Award and expense paid trip is given to those account executives that achieve a minimum of a quarter million dollars in placement fees during the previous calendar year. For 2003 staff members Kathy Nichols, CSAM, Nicholas Karis, CSAM and David Ogden earned the Pacesetter trip which was held at the beautiful Grand Wailea Resort in Maui, Hawaii.
