Nick is a nationally known recruiter in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and diagnostics.  His industry knowledge and expertise allows him to be the essential link between employers and candidates.

Nick began his recruiting career in California specializing in recruiting pharmaceutical and HBA sales representatives. From 1990 to 1999, Nick took a break from recruiting to sell surgical devices and endoscopic equipment to hospitals located in New Jersey.

In the spring of 1999, Nick joined Management Recruiters of Bridgewater to start a medical recruiting department.  Nick specializes in placing professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and diagnostics industries.  He focuses his effort in the field of medical affairs filling positions for medical science liaisons and managed care liaisons for all therapeutic areas from entry to executive levels.  Nick and his team are experienced and well-connected with all medical affairs support positions, such as, medical writers, educators, trainers, medical communication, and information professionals.

During Nick’s tenure with Management Recruiters of Bridgewater, he has created one of the oldest and most successful medical affairs recruiting teams in the industry.  His team continues to build multiple national medical science liaison teams with longstanding pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and device clients.

Nick has been recognized for his continuous, successful performance.  He has received multiple MRINetwork awards, including the “National Billing Leader - Team”, “National Cash-in Leader-Team & Solo”, and the “Eastern Regional Foundation Builders” Award.  Nick has qualified as a “Pacesetter” nine years at Management Recruiters of Bridgewater – the highest level achievement for account managers within the MRINetwork.  In addition to his achievements, Nick is accredited as a Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM).
