Barry Smith is recognized as one of the top owner/managers in the MRINetwork™. Barry is entering his 23rd year as an owner/manager and focuses his marketing efforts in the banking/finance industries. Under Barry's leadership the Management Recruiters/Sales Consultants of Bridgewater office has consistently been ranked among the Top 50 offices in the MRINetwork of 1,100 offices worldwide.

In 1986 Barry set a new MRI billing record for a rookie manager and has consistently added to this accomplishment every year thereafter for the past 22 years. Barry has a knack for hiring the best staff and nurturing them into successful account executives.

Under Barry's guidance, the Management Recruiters/Sales Consultants team at MRI of Bridgewater has won numerous awards. They are a 13 time (in a row) recipient of the President's Club award which recognizes offices with annual billings and cash-in over one million dollars. They were given the MRINetwork™ “Office of the Year” award in 2003. Also in 2003 the office was named a “Top Ten Office” award recipient.

The award that meant the most to Barry and the staff at MRI Bridgewater was the prestigious “Best of Class Award.” Only the top five offices in customer satisfaction are even nominated for this award. In 2000 and 2002, the staff at MRI Bridgewater was nominated for the award; a high achievement considering there are 1,100 offices in the MRI Network worldwide. But in 2003 and 2004 the office was not only nominated for the award, but won it at the annual Pacesetter conventions.

Barry continues to develop relationships with new clients and they appreciate his genuine approach to helping solve their staffing needs.

Prior to his opening Management Recruiters/Sales Consultants of Bridgewater in 1986, Barry spent seven years as a Vice President of Mortgage Sales for Citibank in New Jersey. With over 25 years of business experience, Barry is an active managing partner who participates in the recruiting process, as well as establishing and maintaining client relationships. Although Barry works with all divisions of the Management Recruiters/Sales Consultants of Bridgewater office, his focus is banking, mortgage banking industries and intangible sales.
