Jim Gano brings over 25 years of business experience to his position as a Senior Account Manager at Management Recruiters/Sales Consultants of Bridgewater. Jim is entering his eighth year with us and is working a diversified desk in the pharmaceutical industry. He focuses primarily on positions in Medical, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs areas and additionally works in the areas of Quality Assurance and Marketing.

From 2003 through 2006, Jim worked behind the scenes focusing on the metrics of the office, Internet research and marketing. In 2007, after 3 years “off the desk” Jim returned to recruiting and account management full time and achieved Pacesetter status which recognizes Account Manager's for achieving a pre-determined level of sales. Jim was twice the National Billing leader and once the National Cash-in leader in within the MRI Network of 1,100 offices worldwide in 2007. He also broke every individual record for billings and cash in within our office's 22-year history.

Jim's style is more consultative than salesy. He wants to be sure that his clients and candidates are best for each other's needs. Clients appreciate Jim's professional approach and demeanor, candidates appreciate that Jim will take the time to explain all aspects of his client company and the position he is working on until they are satisfied.
