Kathy Nichols, is a Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) specializing in our Accounting/Finance and Local Business industries. She utilizes her more than 12 years of professional sales experience to specialize in the placement of administrative, secretarial, clerical, customer service, inside sales, sales trainees, insurance, accounting and finance personnel within her client companies.

Kathy has achieved “Pacesetter” status 8 times during her tenure with Management Recruiters/Sales Consultants of Bridgewater. Additionally, Kathy earned the “Rookie of the Year” designation in 1996 for the Eastern Region. She was a “Top Five” Finalist out of 3,500 Account Executives in the MRI Network in 2000. She was also a “Top Ten” Account Executive in 2003.

Further, Kathy was the National Billing Leader (November 2002) and the National Cash-in Leader (January 2003) system-wide. Kathy achieved Certified Senior Account Manager status in 1999, the highest certification achievable at MRI.
