Carol Taft brings over 11 years of sales experience to Management Recruiters/Sales Consultants of Bridgewater's Local Business Group, and specializes in the placement of administrative, clerical, customer service, all areas of manufacturing management, marketing, inside/outside sales, receptionists, and accounting and insurance personnel.

Carol has ranked among the monthly top ten national account managers and among the annual top ten for the Local Business Group's Eastern Region in 1998 and 1999. She was also named the top producer for the Local Business Group in 1999. Carol has achieved “Pacesetter” status 8 times during her tenure with MRI Bridgewater. Additionally, Carol ranked as one of the “Top Ten” producers in the Eastern Region five times. She was a “Top Five” Finalist out of 3,500 Account Executives in the MRINetwork in 2002. Carol was a National “Top Five” Account Executive in 2000 and 2002. Additionally, Carol was the National Cash-in Leader for June of 2000.
